Florida Concealed Carry and Firearms Safety Course:
This is an excellent Class for beginners and meets ALL the Concealed 
Weapon Permit (CWP) requirement for the State of Florida. All our classes are kept small (usually 3 to 4 people) that provides an open and comfortable learning environment. About 5 hours long, this Class is designed to provide a hands-on introduction to the Safe Handling of Firearms. Students will learn the NRA’s Three rules for safe gun handling; primary causes of firearms accidents; learn different Pistol action types, how to handle ammunition malfunctions; learn the fundamentals of Pistol shooting; safe storage of firearms in the home; how to select a first gun; benefits of cleaning your firearms and becoming an active participant in the shooting sports with continued opportunities for skill development. This course will involve both classroom and State required range time. Current Range used will be the Private Panhandle Gun Club. Students will receive a Course Completion Certificate for the class to use in obtaining a Florida Concealed Weapons Permit.
Cost is $95 This includes class materials, use of ear and eye protection, ammo, targets and use of our pistols. You are welcome to bring your own firearms ( if in good working condition with the correct ammunition) for this course. Also provided will be all the necessary info for your Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) application process.
Florida Concealed Carry and Firearms Safety Course and Private Lesson COMBO: Save money and get more Training in Safe and Effective use of Firearms by including a Full 1 Hour Private Lesson after the Florida Concealed Carry and Firearms Safety Course is completed with your own firearm. A One-On-One Instructor interaction will greatly improve your comfort in handling and using your Firearm. Cost is $140 for both.

NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Courses:
This is an Instructor Lead Class for both the Class lessons and Range exercises on shooting Handguns. This class meets the requirements for the State of Florida safety course to obtain a Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) and is designed to teach the student the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for selecting, owning, and using firearms of their choice safely and effectively. This comprehensive course teaches students the NRA’s 3 Safety and Basic Range rules for safe firearm handling along with handgun nomenclature including pistol parts, operation, selection of ammunition, shooting fundamentals including shooting from the bench rest and two handed standing positions. Included also is instruction on the safe cleaning and storage of your Pistol. Bring your personal firearm and up to 100 rounds of Ammo.
If you would prefer the NRA On-line Blended Class (Phase 1 is 11 hours), followed by Hands-on training and Range shooting exercises (Phase 2 is 5 hours) call us for details and costs.
Cost is $150 This includes the NRA’s Basic Pistol Manual and all needed class materials. Bring your own gun and ammunition (50 to 100 rounds). You may rent and use one of our guns if you request this ahead of time. Also provided will be all the necessary paperwork for your Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) application. Class will break for lunch but you may bring and have refreshments and snacks during class time.

We are available for private pistol lesson weekdays or weekends based on your personal schedule. These lessons are designed to improve your shooting skills using your own firearms (bring the correct ammo for the gun you will be using). The Lessons cover Basic handling of a handgun and shooting exercises. They will be customized for you based on your experience level. Cost is $80 per hour, minimum one hour; $35 per half hour thereafter.
